Ce qui existe entre deux choses. This is a translation of Valerie Dray's online article from french edition of Vogue.com.
Sophie Ward is known, because she is a model, and also the older sister of Gemma Ward. But with the release of her book "The beginning of An Inexplicable Journey" scheduled for this winter, it's the writer who reveals herself. Sophie Ward is twenty five years old and she's writing since she was eight. She studied Philosophy and Letters in the city of Perth, his native Australia. To pay her bills, she became an editor for local publications, where her sister will appear more and more. It is also by going chaperoning Gemma, that she will be spotted. After a contract with the IMG agency, a move seen on the catwalks, and the tragic death of their friend Heath Ledger, Sophie decides to make a break of her modeling career, in order to devote herself entirely to writing,by creating her own publishing house : Paper Castle Press.
"The beginning of An Inexplicable Journey" is her first book. It's deconstructing what exists between two things, with this blend of immutable sophistication and her literary audacity that characterizes her. Sophie Ward, is one of those people who do not age, gracefully oscillating between childlike playfulness and seriousness. She signed her blog, as she filled the pages of a diary. Illustrated with photos gleaned here and there and monologues, such as letters suspended in time, or remaining in office ...
Sophie Ward writes, as the light flows through the clouds and sky, as clouds of smoke encountered during her modeling career, she's a light bird. "The beginning of An Inexplicable Journey" will be available at the online store Castle Paper. http://papercastlepress.com/
