prints995 will ship artwork anywhere in the world serviced by the United States Postal Service.

Packaging fee: a $7.00 packaging and handling fee is applied to each shipment of prints 20 x 24 inches and smaller.  All prints over the size of 20 x 24 inches, or shipped together with a print of 20 x 24 inches or larger will have a $10.00 packaging and handling fee.

Shipping format: all shipments with prints under the size of 20 x 24 inches will be shipped flat.  All shipments with a print over the size of 20 x 24 inches will be shipped rolled in a tube to provide the most protection for your prints.

Shipping fee: Once you’ve selected a shipping method during checkout, the cost of shipping is calculated based on your shipping destination and the weight of the total order.

We normally ship within 5 business days of your completed order.

Please make sure to input the correct shipping address.  You will be responsible for extra shipping costs if we have to resend due to an address input error.

Why is the fee I’m charged for shipping higher than the postage paid on my envelope?
The USPS charge for postage only. Our charges are for shipping and handling. Handling costs include the cost of packing materials as well as the fees we’re charged by the fulfillment house that stores, packs and ships our orders.

What if my shipment arrives damaged? Our prints are packaged professionally with the utmost care according to suggested guidelines.  Should your print unfortunately be damaged by the postal service, please contact .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). prints995 will email you a return shipping label for the damaged print and will resend a new print in the same edition.
